Delete your DraamView account

Your DraamView account is shared by the DraamView app and draamview.com, so deleting it closes both.

Before you delete

Cancel any pending scheduled orders and remove your brokers. Deleting the account does not cancel scheduled orders.

In the app

1. Open the DraamView app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Send a request through our contact form using the email address of your DraamView account, with the subject "Other" and the message "Delete my account".

What happens

• Your account is closed and you are signed out everywhere (straight away when you delete in the app). You can't sign in to it again.
• Signing in later with the same Google account or mobile number creates a new, empty account.
• We keep the records of the closed account (profile, broker connections, scheduled orders and their logs, watchlists and alerts). To have them erased, ask through the contact form from the account's email address.
