Privacy policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy covers the DraamView Android app and the website draamview.com (together, "DraamView"). The app and the website share one account. We collect only what DraamView needs to work, use it only to run your account and the features you use, show no ads, and never sell your data.

What we collect

  • Account: when you sign in with Google, your name, email address and Google profile photo link. On the website you can also sign in with a mobile number and a one-time code. You can add a mobile number to your profile.
  • Broker connections: the details you enter to connect a broker (for example API key and secret, client ID, client code, registered mobile number, MPIN or application token) and the access tokens and broker user ID your broker returns after you log in.
  • Orders you schedule: the scheduled orders you create (stock, quantity, price, time) and, when they run, the request we sent to your broker and your broker's response.
  • Orders, positions and holdings: fetched from your broker when you open those screens and shown to you. We don't store them.
  • Watchlists and alerts: the watchlists and upper/lower circuit alerts you create, and a record of which alert notifications were sent.
  • Device: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token to send you notifications, a random ID created when the app is installed, the platform and the app version.
  • Contact form: the name, email and message you send us.
  • Server logs: like most online services, our servers log requests, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

We don't collect your location, contacts, photos or files, and the app has no advertising or analytics SDKs.

How we use it

Only to provide DraamView to you:

  • sign you in and keep you signed in;
  • connect to your brokers, show your orders, positions and holdings, and place the orders you schedule at the time you choose;
  • show your watchlists and send the order and circuit-alert notifications you asked for;
  • answer your messages, and keep the service secure and working.

Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent or share your data for advertising. It goes only to:

  • Your brokers, to carry out what you ask (log in, fetch your orders, place your scheduled orders).
  • Google, for Google Sign-In and Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications). The app also downloads its font from Google Fonts.
  • Amazon Web Services, which hosts our servers and database in Mumbai, India.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Security

All traffic between the app or website and our servers uses HTTPS. Your data is stored on our servers in India, and access is limited to the people who run DraamView. Your broker credentials and tokens are stored so the scheduler can place your orders when you're not using the app. If you stop using DraamView, you can also revoke its access at your broker, for example by regenerating your API secret or ending the app session.

Deleting your account

In the app, open Profile → Delete account. Without the app, follow the steps on the delete account page.

Deleting closes your account straight away: you are signed out everywhere and can't sign in to it again. Signing in later with the same Google account or mobile number creates a new, empty account.

Deleting does not erase the data described above: we keep the records of a closed account. Scheduled orders that are still pending are not cancelled, so cancel them and remove your brokers before you delete. To have the remaining data of your account erased, send a request through our contact form from the email address of the account.

Children

DraamView is meant for adults who trade through their own broker accounts. It is not intended for anyone under 18.
